Welcome to Wa1ted. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and must keep your password secure.

3. Content Ownership & Licensing

Users retain ownership of the photos they upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant Wa1ted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and facilitate the sale of your User Content to buyers subject to the selected licensing tier.

4. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit, inappropriate, or illegal material
• Was primarily generated by Artificial Intelligence without disclosure
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any individual

5. Payments and Payouts

Platform fees are deducted from sales automatically. Payouts are subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold and standard processing times by our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal).
